Ingredients

While I am primarily self taught, I do owe credit to my talented and very funny cousin, Stacey Rademacher from Sherman, Illinois.  She shared her sugar cookie recipe with me about ten years ago, and I have followed it to the T ever since.  I do not vary or swap out ingredients, so please be aware of any allergens that might Impact the people you are serving.

Stacey's Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

Flour, butter, powdered sugar, eggs, pure vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, pure almond extract.

Royal Icing Ingredients:

Powdered sugar, water, meringue powder, cream of tartar, AmeriColor Soft Gel Paste Food Color.
